When the product arrived to my address, the courier charged me a cost of more than 100 dollars (around 105 dollars paid in my local money Chilean Pesos). This was not contemplated by me and I do not remember to read this. So finally your products cost me a lot!!

What made me want to purchase this ring is it appeared matte black in photo, but instead is a shiny finish (makes it look cheaper).
Also, the marble finish is not as detailed as in the photo.

First product from them in not really satisfied with. It's not a quality issue, its the sizing issue. The ring doesn't fit well if you have fingers in between sizes. Over all the product looks great. Not sure if I can wear it though.

I have ordered three times from Zorrata, and although their$59.00 bead bracelet can be ordered from a million other sellers for less than seven dollars, it's still a lovely stone in a lovely bracelet. No regrets, no hard feelings - it was worth it. I also ordered a gray jasper ring from them that I love as well. The problem is that I loved it so much, that I ordered a same-style ring (different setting and stone); specifically, in a size 12. It arrived in a size 2.5. lol. I wake up every morning and thank God that I don't have a single appendage that this ring will fit.
Now, in their defense, I think they offered to replace the ring in the correct size, if I returned their mistake within three days (or something). Now, I live4 in the mountains between Santa Fe and Taos, and driving to the nearest mailbox place is about 45 minutes, plus, I feel that my time is far more valuable than what some idiot in the customer care department thinks it is. I gave them two stars because, although vastly over-priced, their stuff is actually nice stuff; It's literally going to be a drag to stop doing business with them, but really.... I'm not mailing anything back to them - it's not cost-effective. If Zorrata would like me to remain our consumer relationship, mail me the ring in the size ordered; If other than that, I'll just give the ring to my nine-year-old. It might fit her toe.
