I patiently waited for so long because I understand this pandemic situation but when i am not getting any replies from you or the courier company. I am completely disheartened.
Even after dropping so many mails, i have no solution to my problem neither the refund nor the product.

This bracelet looks amazing. For the amount of metal on the piece, I don't know that it's actually worth the cost on the website, however, it's still a nice detail to wear.

Though I originally ordered the gold because I say it on Instagram. When I checked the website fully later one after I ordered and stumbled on the rose gold color I appreciated the quick feedback in stating yes they could change my order. Unfortunately I received the gold one which I’m sure it was already process by the July 10 back date it all worked out. I may ordered the rose gold one in the future. Overall I’m glad I found this company and I will ordered from them again in the future.
