I have ordered this bracelet set, in the past. Anyone I get them for absolutely love it. However this experience was absolutely horrible. I reached out to customer support 3 times with no response. Actually still haven't received a response. The mailing address wasn't written correctly on the package. So when it first went out for delivery, no such address was found. Now it's still in sorting and didn't arrive when it was supposed to. Mind you I ordered this at the beginning of Nov and now it's after Christmas and still no package or response from company. Jewelry is excellent, customer support is horrible.

An all around excellent experience. Well developed catalogues, easy payment process and quality product. I love my black stack more than my gold! The cost however was not specifically stated in US $. This confused me as previously I paid in Canadian $. On top of the fact I am ordering from Australia. I was confused when my bank statement showed a higher cost for the product. Customer service were quick to respond and inform me. Thanks Zorrata!

I love the design and quality of this bracelet. I'm a leo so this lion collection is a definite plus to add to my jewelry collection. Zorrata you have set the bar high can't wait to see some more different pieces for the Lion Collection.
