I live in Ukraine, Kyiv and I made an order of this bracelet. For the first time i waited 2 months, and wrote a lot letters to Zorrata. Finally they said that the delivery is failed and turn the money back. After some time I made an order again and asked if the delivery now would be possible. Zorrata group wrote "yes"... more than 2 monthes have been left and the bracelet isn't here still. I don't know where is it, because Zorrata group doesn't answer

After I received the bangle it didn't fit (too small). The response to my email was "Our bangles are available in small and large size (small fits up to 20 cm and large fits up to 22 cm)". I was confused that the size wasn't mentioned at all in the order sheet. What size of the bangle was delivered to me? After I raised the question I was responded in the second email which said: "What I mean to say that our bangle is designed to fit between 20 to 22 cm wrist measurement". Now I understand that the bangle only came in one size which can be stretched from 20 to 22cm. I stretched outwards a bit as shown in the photo. The bangle just sets on the edge of my wrist, preferred the bangle could go a bit bigger.
